Lombardi's in the News!
Chef Tom was one of 12 local chefs featured
on KCTS Cooks. Over 200 chefs competed for the honor of being on the show, so
we're thrilled that he was chosen. If you missed Tom's TV debut, he whipped up
Tuscan Roast Chicken stuffed with provolone, proscuitto and fresh sage leaves
served over sauteed white beans. If you want a copy of the recipe, just let us

Lombardi's also was featured in the Sunday Seattle Times on March 14th in an article
about local restaurants titled "A Toast to well-versed wine stewards".
